Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the I Do Epic LIVE event (“Event”), hosted by I Do Epic Events, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, you agree to the following:

1. Event Host Information

2. Tickets, Payments, and Refund Policy

  • All Event tickets and optional lodging purchases are non-refundable.
  • ​Tickets may be transferred to another individual with prior written approval from the I Do Epic team.
  • ​The original purchaser is responsible for arranging any transfer. We do not resell, reassign, or locate replacement attendees.
  • ​Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • ​No payment plans are offered.

3. Event Changes or Cancellation

We reserve the right to modify the Event schedule, speakers, activities, dates, or location if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, safety concerns, or force majeure events.

If the Event is cancelled by us, you will receive either:

  • A full refund, or
  • ​The option to apply our ticket value as credit toward a future I Do Epic LIVE event. 

Travel expenses, accommodations booked outside of our lodging options, and other incidental costs are the responsbility of the attendee.

4. Lodging or Third-Party Property Disclaimer

  • Lodging is optional and sold directly through I Do Epic Events, LLC.
  • ​We do not own or operate the event property or lodging facilities.
  • ​Any issues related to property conditions, lodging facilities, or third-party vendors are not the responsibility of I Do Epic Events, LLC.
  • ​Attendees agree to release us from liability related to lodging accommodations or property-related issues.

5. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

The Event may include optional activities such as hiking, walking on uneven terrain, hot springs, campfires, being around or working with horses, feeding PBR bulls, outdoor gatherings, or other physical activities.

By attending, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including personal injury, illness, or property damage.

You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless I Do Epic Events, LLC, its owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates from any claims arising from participation in the Event.

You may also be required to sign a separate liability waiver onsite.

6. Community Standards and Conduct

I Do Epic LIVE is a curated, values-driven experience.

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny admission
  • ​Remove an attendee from the Event without refund if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, unsafe, or misaligned with the community standards of integrity, respect, and professionalism. 

7. Photography, Video, and Media Release

By attending the Event, you grant permission for I Do Epic Events, LLC to photograph, record, and use images, audio, and video of you for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify our team in writing prior to or during the Event.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Idaho.
